Shipping
We ship using USPS. We do offer Rush Express shipping. Please convo us for details.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our tees we cannot issue a refund unless there is a mistake made by Luna B. Tee. We know that mistakes happen... after all we are human! Please contact us immediately if we have made a mistake on your order and we will ship out a new product immediately.
Additional
We print using a state of the art process called Direct to Garment ( DTG). We do not use transfers or iron ons. We are asked this question often...by customers and competitors!!! ;-)
